Who is Bela?
Bela Gaytán is a learning strategist, educator, and curriculum developer who helps organizations turn complex ideas into learning that feels intuitive, practical, and genuinely useful. Through her consulting practice, IntuiBel, she partners with organizations across nonprofit, government, healthcare, technology, and other sectors to develop learning strategies, courses, certification programs, workshops, and performance improvement solutions.
Her work spans learning strategy, instructional design, workforce and leadership development, accessibility, quality assurance, and inclusive learning. Along the way, Bela has worked with organizations including NASA Astrophysics, Pantheon, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Health Resources in Action; spoken internationally; and been recognized as a Top 100 LGBTQ+ Future Leader Role Model. Her work and story have also been featured by Google Developers and Bloomberg News.
