Lots of Work, LOTS of Distraction

Do you ever find yourself sitting in front of the TV on your 13th episode of Bob’s Burgers when you are supposed to be:

Yeah… me neither.

Do You Need Some GO Juice?

You need some motivation and UMPH to TRIUMPH, right?  I feel you!  Being neurodivergent as well as having cognitive deficits due to damage in my brain, it’s admittedly difficult at times for me to concentrate.  I often have to have lots of stuff going on at the same time in order to be stimulated… but that often distracts me, as well.  This is essentially a portrait of me below!

Meme with a stick figure person with a fan blowing on them, earphones on their ears, game controller in hand, and smiling while looking at a TV with a split screen showing 2 different movies. The text reads: ADHD brain, fan that hasn't been turned off in three years, podcast music, two movies at the same time, viboe game (video purposely misspelled).

Let's Team Up and Kick Ass Together!

Work with me… cooperatively… collectively… and other co- words that are wonderful!  If you’ve never coworked before, it’s really straightforward.  Also called body doubling, coworking is simply working alongside other folks for support, motivation, and accountability.

Everyone does it differently which really makes them customizable depending on your needs.  For my sessions, folks enter the Zoom quietly, keep their camera on and microphones off, and then exit in the same manner.  That’s it!

Ugh, Do I Really Have to Be on Cam?

Terry from Reno 911 stands between Officers Dangle and Trudy. He’s wearing a tight crop top, tight shorts, knee socks, sunglasses, and making a munching and trombone-playing gesture.

Yes, you do.  Granted, I know we’re all not fabulous and ready for cameras like Terry is, but it’s okay!  We use the cameras for accountability while the mics are off for focus and no interruptions.  Trust me – you’ll see me at times in my pajamas, no makeup, and hair looking like I just made out with an electrical socket.  Come as you are!

Free for an Unlimited Time Special!

These events are 100% free… forever.  And tackle hugs like in the photo above are also free, special, and for an unlimited time.  What can I say… I’m cat-like and a hugger!

I’ve had some folks ask if they can pay for these sessions.  I don’t want to charge so that the sessions are accessible for everyone with no barriers.  If you feel inclined, you’re always welcome to buy me a coffee instead.  I never refuse a cuppa!

Let's Get to It!

These are the available dates and times for November 2022.  Sign up for as few or as many as you’d like.  Note: you do have to register for these events to attend.  You can come and go at any time during the duration of the meetings.
