Lumious has created a High Level Analysis Checklist to help in starting the L&D analysis process.  The downloadable form walks you through discovering the problem, defining the goal, and identifying tasks needed to meet the goal.

Squarespace has created an awesome facilitator’s guide: An Introduction to Design Thinking.  It includes a script, talking points, activities, and much more!  It’s a great resource to learn about human-centered design and a culture of iteration and rapid prototyping.
